Alan’s Apple & Cinnamon Baked Oats
High in carbs so ideal for a hard core weekend run.
Best flavour profile ever?
Also think about this one dessert the night before a big day? Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream… why not?
Bit more work is required in advance as you need to make an apple puree, make sure you use cooking apples.

Make a fancy pants arrangement of fruit and nuts on the top (Instagram purposes only)
Into the oven for 20-25 mins
If feeling ‘cheffy’ glaze under a hot grill to give you a crispy topping
Leave to sit for 10 minutes before eating so that you don’t melt your tongue
