Highland Kings Ultra takes place as the snows start to melt. The team at HK can provide additional training and individual coaching should this be required.

    The organising team are committed to minimising all impact from the event making it one of the most sustainable endurance events in the world.

    Open tracking for each athlete to follow and monitor progress with professional and qualified local mountain guides, medics, all-terrain 4x4 ambulance and route safety staff.

After a strenuous race, there's nothing quite like settling into a comfortable bell tent and getting a good night's sleep. The benefits of a restful sleep in a cosy, outdoor accommodation are numerous. Helping to facilitate physical recovery, allowing the body to repair damaged muscles and tissues and helping to reduce inflammation. A good night's sleep can also improve cognitive function and mood, giving athletes a boost of mental clarity and positivity that can translate into better performance for the following day.
